Leapwork allows the PDF files to be read using the Desktop UI blocks. To be able to perform read operations, "Assistive technology support" must be enabled inside PDF reader settings.
Enable Automation in PDF Files
Follow below steps to enable this feature.

Open any PDF file.

From the Edit options menu, choose Preferences.

In preferences, open Accessibility.

Check Enable assistive technology support.

Press OK.
