Review Usage History in the Leapwork Performance Admin Portal

Usage History provides a chronological record of how VUH capacity changes over time for your company.

Open Usage History

  1. Sign in to the Admin Portal.

  2. Select Usage History from the left navigation.

What you can do on this page

  • search the usage ledger

  • filter the page by date range

  • sort entries by Date, Type, or Description

  • export the matching result set as CSV or Excel

  • move through multiple pages of results

The page also shows your current plan as a badge above the table.

What it shows

Date

When the entry was recorded

Type

Daily allocation or Test execution

Description

A text description of the event or asset involved

Timeline

The related timeline, when available

Usage

Positive values add capacity, and negative values consume capacity

VUH Balance

The remaining balance after that entry

When a sequence or timeline link is available, you can open the related asset directly from the row.

Search, filter, and sort

Use the search field to narrow the list by matching text in the history entry.

Use the date range control to focus on a specific reporting period.

Click a sortable column header to change the sort order.

Export usage history

Select Export usage history to download the matching result set.

You can export in these formats:

  • CSV

  • Excel

Exports are useful when you need to share capacity usage with finance, platform owners, or project stakeholders.

When to use this page

  • Investigate when capacity was consumed.

  • Distinguish daily allocation events from test execution events.

  • Confirm the remaining VUH balance after a major test run.

  • Export a usage record for reporting or internal review.
