Understand License Information in the Leapwork Performance Admin Portal

The License page shows the subscription information and operational limits that apply to your company in Leapwork Performance.

Open the License page

  1. Sign in to the Admin Portal.

  2. Select License from the left navigation.

What you can review on this page

The page displays your company name together with the current plan.

It also shows these key fields:

Annual VUH limit

The total Virtual User Hours available under your annual subscription

Max. virtual users

The maximum number of virtual users that can run at the same time

Retention policy

How long Leapwork Performance keeps results from past executions

Plan VUH

The VUH quota associated with your current plan

AD users allowed

The number of Active Directory users supported by the plan

Status

Whether the company subscription is active

Next refill

The next scheduled refill date for available capacity

Depending on your subscription type, the page may also show plan-upgrade messaging.

How to use this information

  • Use Annual VUH limit and Plan VUH to confirm your contracted capacity.

  • Use Max. virtual users before planning large-scale executions.

  • Use Retention policy to understand how long execution results remain available.

  • Use Next refill when planning future load or performance cycles.

  • Use Status to confirm that the company subscription is active.
